11 p.m. -- Lt. governor returns from Cambodia

11 p.m. — Lt. Governor Michael Cruz returned today after assisting medical and humanitarian efforts in Cambodia, according to a news release from the office of the governor.The mission, Pacific Angel 2008, represents a joint effort between the Army and Air Force Guard.
